Ingredients
1 package Brussels sprouts
1 Onion
3 strips of good quality bacon
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Cut brussels sprouts in half and put them to boil for about 5 minutes. At the same time fry bacon and render all the fat. Once bacon is done, remove from frying pan and put it on a plate with paper towel on to let all the fat drip off. Chop the onion and add to the frying pan with a little bit of olive oil. Next add boiled brussels sprouts. Saute for a few minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese and let it melt, then crush fried bacon and sprinkle on top. Serve immediately!
