What’s the deal with all the aches and pains?

aches-and-painsOur bodies experience so many different mysterious aches and pains that our medical community can’t even keep up.  Many times the same symptoms can describe a whole slew of various ailments that leave us guessing what in the world do we really have.  They start giving it generic names like fibromyalgia.  The problem is most of the time our medical community is not really interested in the root cause of our ailments but rather in the “treatment” of the symptoms we experience.  I say “treatment” because I don’t see how drugs are actually treating the problem and if you don’t know the root cause, how can you possibly treat it?  They mostly just mask the symptoms making us feel like the problem is under control when the opposite is true.

In many cases, the problem is severe inflammation due to all the accumulated toxins we have been consuming on a daily basis.  When our bodies are full of toxins the result is a breakdown of our immune system and it can be manifested differently in every person.  Some may develop allergies, autoimmune diseases, aches and pains all over, while others get colds often or just feel tired.  It’s hard to tell just how sick our bodies are but if you are experiencing any of these symptoms I would say start doing something.

lemon waterThe first step is detoxing your body.  Use the vinegar solution I described in my vinegar post http://wp.me/p7mW5N-7A.  Also, start drinking water with lemons or limes on regular basis.  Eliminate white flour products like breads and pastas, as well as anything processed.  With aches and pains associated with nerve sensitivities or nerve damage, make sure you get your vitamin Bs, folic acid and vitamin D.  It’s been noticed that people, who experience nerve problems like in cases of fibromyalgia, have been low in all these vitamins and nutrients so make sure you consume enough of those.  Also, please make sure you consume organic produce as much as possible since pesticide has also been linked to inflammation.

Don’t forget to exercise on a regular basis.  Research shows that exercise relieves some of the aches and pains associated with many different ailments.   Now, I am not a doctor but I do plenty of research, which is what I provide you with here on my blog.  I will always look for natural solutions first.  I believe a human body is designed to self repair and we just need to make sure it’s functioning properly by giving it the best nutrition possible.  I hope this helps.

Vitamin B1, B2, B12 – meat, fish, eggs, milk and cheese

Vitamin D – sunshine vitamin, 10 minutes a day is all you need

Folic acid – leafy greens like spinach, citrus fruit, beans, rice
