Leg burn!

Warm up – Jumping jacks 1 minButt kickers 1 minHigh knees 1 min

Workout (use challenging weights) – Squats 1 minForward lunges alternate legs 1 minStiff leg dead lifts 1 minFlying squats  1 minBackward lunges alternate legs 1 min

Rest 1 min, then repeat 2 more times with rest in between
