Warm up – Side to side lunges 1 min, Jumping jacks 1 min, High knees 1 min
Workout – Dead lifts 1 min, Rows 1 min, Flies 1 min, Bicep curls 1 min, Half curls 30 secs, Hammer curls 1 min, Half curls 30 secs, Side bicep curls 1 min
Rest 1 min, repeat 2 more times with rest in between
