
The irony here is that people eat these fat free products to lose weight but it’s already been determined that full fat products are best for weight loss since they keep you full longer and therefore you end up consuming less calories overall. My philosophy on health is that the closer the product is to its natural state, the healthier it is for you.
No matter what your goal is, whether it’s to lose weight, gain more muscle, or have more energy, you need to do it in a way that good for your body. Attaining these goals while becoming unhealthy is not worth it and in the long run can prove to be very damaging. Total health is feeling great and looking great all at the same time! So, don’t be fooled by fat free gimmicks and stick to real food. For example, avocados have quite a bit of fat but they’ve already been proven to be one of the best foods you can consume for your overall health as well as weight loss. Make sure you control your portions, add lots of variety to your diet, experiment with new recipes, and enjoy what you eat.
