Your 30 minute workout – shoulders

Shoulder Blast

Warm up – Jumping Jacks 1 min, Butt kickers 1 min, Squats 1 min

Workout – Push ups 1 min, Plank 1 min, Upright row 1 min, Shoulder side raises 1 min, Shoulder press 1 min

Rest for 1 minute, repeat 2 more times with rest in between
