Your 30 minute workout – cardio and calisthenics

Today is a beautiful day to be outside.  It’s a warm and sunny mid 50s weather in NY.  Go outside and move your body!

I went to the park for my morning run and was pleasantly surprised that there was a half marathon in progress so I joined them, un-officially of course, just for fun.  There were  a few people doing the same exact thing as me, just running along the participants.  It was so much fun and it definitely inspired me to participate next year.  I felt great and fast and it was just awesome to run as a group.  Afterwards I was so pumped that when I was done with my run I went to the playground to do some calisthenics.
