Your 30 minute workout – cardio

Today is a cardio day!  It’s a beautiful sping day so go outside and enjoy the surroundings while you run, walk, jog, bike, hike or whatever is your cardio of choice!  Just be outside, take in the sunshine and take a few deep breaths of oxygen.  Make sure you are properly dressed and fueled.  Drink plenty of water and enjoy whatever it is you are doing!
