This salad is amazing along side of savoury dishes that include beef or lamb. It’s refreshing and light. It serves as an alternative to a standard garden salad that I would normally serve for dinner.
Ingredients:
1 daikon, 5 large radishes, 2 medium cucumbers, bunch of dill, bunch of parsley, 1 cup of sour cream
Preparation:
Peel daikon and shred it, add chopped radishes, cucumbers, dill and parsley. Finish with sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste
