Your 30 minute workout – legs

Leg burn!

Warm up – Jumping jacks 1 min, Butt kickers 1 min, High knees 1 min

Workout (use challenging weights) – Squats 1 min, Forward lunges alternate legs 1 min, Stiff leg dead lifts 1 min, Wide leg squats lift up on your toes 1 min, Backward lunges alternate legs 1 min

Rest 1 min, then repeat 2 more times with rest in between
