Your 30 minute workout – cardio

Today is a cardio day.  Go outside and get some fresh air along with sunshine!  What you do is not important.  Just go, run, bike, hike, play ball, walk for at least 30 minutes to an hour.   Get it done!

It was a brisk and windy 39 degree weather in Central Park today but it was also invigorating.  Get dressed warmly when running in cold temperatures.  Put on a few non cotton layers so you can shed as you get hot.  And please internalize “breathe in through your nose, breathe out through your mouth”.  And have fun!
