Warm up – Run in place 1 min, Squats 1 min, Mountain climbers 1 min
Workout – Push ups 30 secs, Diamond push ups 30 secs, Wide grip push ups 30 secs, Bench press 1 min, Bench press pulse half way 30 secs, Chest flies 1 min, Chest flies pulse half way 30 secs
Rest for 1 min, repeat 2 more times with rest in between
