Your 30 minute workout – triceps and chest

Happy Easter everyone!  But you still have to work out!  I’m sure there’s 30 minutes somewhere you can spare so let’s get to it!

Triceps and Chest 

Warm up – Jumping jacks 1 min, High knees 1 min, Squats 1 min

Workout (use challenging weights) – Push ups 1 min, Triceps kick backs 1 min, Triceps extension 1 min, Bench press 1 min, Chest flies 1 min, Dips 1 min

Rest 30 seconds, repeat 2 more times with rest in between.
