Your 30 minute workout – cardio

Today is a cardio day! Go outside and work up some sweat. What you do is not really all that important.  Just do something that you enjoy!  Go for a walk, run, play some basketball or tennis.  It’s not what you do that matters but the fact that you are outside and moving.  One of the most important things to burning fat is oxygen’s access to your fat storage.  Working out outside accomplishes that in the most optimal way.  So get off your couch, put on your sneakers and go do something!  Give yourself at least 30 minutes to an hour for whatever activity you choose.  Enjoy it, take deep breaths and watch how awesome you will feel when you are done!
