Legs and Abs workout
Warm up – Jumping jacks 1 min, High knees 1 min, Push-jacks 1 min (just like jumping jacks but on the floor in the push-up position)
Workout – Squats 1 min, Lunges 1 min (alternate legs with each lunge), Sit-ups 1 min, Plank 1 min, V-ups 1 min
Rest 30 seconds, then repeat 2 more times with a rest in between. Then stretch your legs and your abs. Now you are done! Congratulations! See you tomorrow for more good stuff!
